Six years ago, we started a B2C division, that was a completely new chapter in our story. At a party, I encountered one of Pieter's friendly competitors who explained the importance of good communication (which goes far beyond social media).

We had a great start-up face and immediately took a decent position on the market, but of course that came at a cost.
After a few years, I met Pieter during an outing, and I quickly made an appointment. He then managed to convince me that the amounts we spent were reasonable, but that we needed to get a lot more for what we were spending.

In a language that I could almost understand, he was able to show me the importance of the full marketing picture. It has to be an and-and story.
